Women's health care in Bentleigh, Led by Registered Nurse and Founder Elizabeth Denton
Women are often asked to split themselves into parts: hormones in one place, weight in another, skin somewhere else. At Lilibet those conversations happen together, starting with what has changed for you.
Women's health care that sees the whole woman.
Women's health care that sees the whole woman.
You might come to me because…
You don't quite feel like yourself.
Your energy, sleep, body or skin has changed.
You are navigating postpartum change, perimenopause or menopause.
You want a more proactive approach to your health as you age.
You want to be listened to before anything is recommended.
How care begins
Your first appointment is about understanding you: what has changed, what matters most and what questions you have. From there, we'll talk about appropriate next steps, including assessment or referral where that's the right call.
Perimenopause & Menopause
It doesn't always start with hot flushes
Sleep shifts. Energy dips. Concentration, mood, body composition and skin can all change, sometimes gradually, sometimes all at once. You may feel less like yourself without being able to explain why.
A place to start
You don't need to diagnose yourself before you arrive. We begin with your experience and health history. Where appropriate, we'll discuss assessment, evidence-based options, referral and ongoing care.
I know how it feels to not be heard.
I moved almost directly from breastfeeding into perimenopause. Even with my clinical background, it took six doctors before someone finally connected the pieces. Lilibet is my answer to that: time to talk, and care that looks at the whole picture.
Questions women often ask me
Could what I'm feeling be perimenopause?
Why has my sleep or energy changed?
Why does my body feel different when my habits haven't changed?
Why is my skin changing?
What should I be thinking about for my long-term health?
Weight & Metabolic Health
Weight is part of the picture. Not the whole picture.
Body composition can change through different stages of life, especially when sleep, hormones, stress and activity are changing too. I look at all of it before we talk about options.
Strength, energy and body composition.
The aim isn't to chase a number or offer a quick fix. It's to understand what may be influencing your health, and to build a realistic plan you can keep. Where medical assessment or prescription treatment may be relevant, suitability is discussed privately in an appropriate clinical consultation with a qualified health practitioner.
Healthspan
Investing in how you live and age
Healthspan means the years you spend feeling strong, capable and well, not just the number of years. It is about strength, sleep, energy and the choices that help you age well. It sits across everything Lilibet does.
Women’s health questions
-
Possibly, but perimenopause symptoms overlap with other health issues. A qualified practitioner can assess your history and symptoms and discuss whether further assessment is appropriate.
-
Weight and body composition can be influenced by sleep, stress, age, activity and hormonal change. Lilibet looks at the whole picture rather than assuming one cause or one solution.
-
Your first appointment begins with listening: what brought you in, what has changed and what you want from your care. Next steps depend on your needs and the type of consultation booked.
Treatment disclaimer
Any procedure or treatment carries risks. Before proceeding, you should seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified health practitioner. Individual results may vary, and suitability is determined in consultation.
Feel like yourself again.
There are seasons when caring for yourself falls somewhere behind caring for everyone else. Lilibet is a reminder that you are allowed to matter, too. Your first step can simply be a conversation.
